Miniature Dairy Goats

We believe that smaller livestock breeds will "come back into fashion" since the average amount of land that a homesteader owns is decreasing. Smaller livestock are easier on the land and are often hardier and more productive per pound than their larger cousins.
Could you imagine if this was a
3 month old Nubian?

The miniature goats are less demanding on fences than the larger breeds. They are easier to handle due to their size and temperament. It is also a plus that you can easily fit them in a dog carrier in the back of the car.

Our miniature goats are from good dairy stock and produce very sweet milk.

We were first attracted to the Nigerian Dwarves due to their wonderful practical abilities and sweet temperaments. Another enduring quality of dwarves is their gorgeous color range.

LaShall fell in love with the Mini-LaMancha the instant she saw them at Simple Pleasures Farm. Gary was not as instantly impressed with the "earless wonders", but... Mini-LaManchas have a beautiful personality and they also can be any color.
